The Good Stuffed Food Truck was formed in 2022 by Roger and Angela LeJeune, long-time residents of the Northshore. The truck serves a unique menu of South Louisiana favorites with a twist, including their signature "Beau's Burrito" which features jambalaya topped with pepper jack cheese and a crawfish mushroom cream sauce. They operate primarily across the Northshore area, providing both daily service stops and on-site catering for private events.
