Globetrotter Street Food is a Pensacola food truck bringing bold Southeast Asian and Latin American-inspired street food to the Gulf Coast. Founded as Nomadic Eats by Randy Russell, the truck now operates under the Globetrotter Street Food banner with a permanent spot at 260 N Palafox Street in downtown Pensacola and a regular rotation on the City of Pensacola lunch schedule at City Hall. Signature dishes include spicy fried chicken with house-made hot honey, cheddar-baked poblano pepper with cilantro chimi sauce, pickled onion, and rotating street food specials.
