Drago's operates the Charbroiling Engine Co., a mobile catering unit built into a retired fire engine that brings their famous charbroiled oysters to events throughout the Greater New Orleans area. The truck is fully equipped with an on-site grill, beer taps, and flat-screen TVs to provide a complete seafood experience for festivals, weddings, and private gatherings. It is a signature part of their "Drago's on the Geaux" catering service.
