Bonafried is a mobile food truck based in New Orleans that specializes in award-winning fried chicken sandwiches served on potato buns with pickles. Founded in 2014, the business operates a repurposed Hostess truck and recently opened a brick-and-mortar location in the Bayou St. John neighborhood. Their "Special" sandwich won the 2022 National Fried Chicken Festival award for best use of chicken in a dish.
